From Manchester Airport: about 2 hrs.

Follow sign to Rt.293 from Brown Ave. as you leave Airport. Go underneath Rt293 overpass stay in left lane. Turn left onto RT293W.  Take the next exit Rt.293 N.  Stay on that Rt.293 and it becomes RT.93 N (toll $.75 in Hooksett).  Pass Concord, Tilton and take exit23 New Hampton Rt.104.  Go right 10 miles or so to stop lights and turn left on Rt.3.  Go 1 mile bottom of hill (lake on left) take a right RT.25.  Go till the end (about 25 miles) at lights (MacDonald’s across rd.). Take a left RT.16.  Go 16 miles to N. Conway.  Pass Burger King  1 mile on left (white long building). 
School House Motel ( get some rest).

From Boston:  about 2 ½ hrs. moving traffic

Route 1 north to 95 N.  5 miles Rt.95 N take that exit.  Continue to NH boarder.  Pass toll ($1.00 maybe?) in NH.  Close to Portsmouth watch for signs to Exit 4   RT16/ RT4 North (major interchange be careful).  Take that exit.  Stay on Rt.16 for close to 60 miles. Pass Burger King 1 mile on left (white long building). 
School House Motel ( get some rest).
